教学科研经历:主要研究领域为食品发酵与酿造、食源性活性成分开发。先后主持贵州省研究生创新项目(黔教合YJSCXJH﹝2020﹞077)、贵州大学研究生创新项目(GDTSSPGZZ201707)各1项,作为主要执行人参与国家自然科学基金项目、贵州省科技支撑项目等国家级省级项目3项。发表文章15余篇,以第一作者发表文章6篇,其中在FoodResearch International,Food Science and Human Wellness,LWT-Food Science and Technology等国际学术期刊上发表SCI文章5篇,中文卓越期刊1篇。授权国家发明专利1项。
